Last year we won the home brew competition, this year we are Otago’s newest brewery. For us beer is about shared experiences. Inspired by science, travel and classic styles, our mission is to brew diverse, delicious, full flavoured beers with precision, heart and respect.

Complex, big, dry Belgian dubbel with harmonious toffee, apples, honey, pepper and malt flavours.
Refreshing Bavarian style wheat beer, balanced ripe banana, clove, and creamy full-bodied texture.
Deep ruby English porter with dark chocolate, caramel, malt, moderate bitterness, and dry finish.
Juicy, hazy with tropical, stone, citrus and berry fruits, superdelic, nectaron and riwaka hops.
